About the Author
Anna Wretling is a Swedish writer and entrepreneur exploring the meeting point between science, soul, and human potential.
Anna holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Sophiahemmet University in Stockholm. For more than two decades, she built a career as an entrepreneur in design, e-commerce, and brand development, leading multiple ventures that combined aesthetics, innovation and purpose.
Her transition from business to healthcare reflects a lifelong inquiry into what it truly means to heal, not only the body, but the human being as a whole. Alongside her academic background, she has pursued studies in art history, social psychology, Jungian psychology, classical homeopathy (ongoing 3 years), Reiki Master, Qigong, and traditional Chinese medicine, exploring the intersections between science, energy and consciousness.
Today, Anna is a recognised speaker, mentor and writer, sharing her work through talks, workshops, and guiding conversations. She is regularly invited to podcasts and media platforms to explore themes such as entrepreneurship, leadership, health, and the deeper lessons of lived experience.
Anna’s work bridges analytical intelligence with intuitive wisdom. Whether writing, teaching, or guiding others, she brings a rare synthesis of structure and sensitivity, reason and empathy. A long-time martial artist and endurance athlete, she has completed some of the world’s most demanding races, including Marathons (fastest 3.22), Ultramarathons, Ironman 140.6 in 10:01 and Ironman 70.3 in 4.55), ÖtillÖ World Championships in Swimrun, and the extreme triathlon Norseman (black t-shirt).
Through these experiences, she learned that depth and distance do not require suffering, that it is possible to go far not by pushing harder but by listening more closely. By moving with presence rather than force, endurance becomes not an act of struggle but a practice of attunement.
Why I write
I have often reflected on how to explain why I write, because it has never felt like something I do primarily for myself. Writing arrives long before any idea of publishing, audience, or outcome. It moves through me, insistently and continuously, as if something wants to be said and I have simply learned how to listen.
I do not experience myself as the source of these texts, but more as a vessel. Thoughts, insights, questions, and connections appear in a steady stream, and have done so for many years. I write constantly. Often on several books at once. There is never a sense of scarcity, only an ongoing flow of material that wants to take form. For a long time, my question was not what to write, but how to share what keeps arriving.
At some point it became clear that holding it back made no sense. If something moves through me with this persistence, perhaps it is not meant to be owned, but passed on.
I publish my work with one simple intention: to make it as accessible as possible. I keep prices as low as I can so that more people can reach the books and, hopefully, find something genuinely useful in them. I write with a sincere care for those who read and listen, and with the hope that these words may offer a sense of ease, clarity, or quiet recognition to those who need it.
Most titles are available in multiple formats to meet different needs and preferences. You will usually find paperback editions, e-books, and audiobooks. I also link to trusted platforms where my books are available, so you can choose the format and place that feels right for you.
If you want to read one of my books but cannot afford it, please reach out to me. No one should be unable to access this work because of money.
Publishing independently matters deeply to me. It allows me to remain fully responsible for the content, the tone, and the integrity of what I share, and to stay free from external control or compromise. It is the only way this work can remain honest.
Thank you for taking the time to be here, and for supporting independent publishing. More than anything, thank you for reading with openness.
